CrossPower Confirmation
Orientation (7th & 8th Grade)
Wednesday, Sept. 8, 5 to 6 p.m. in the Great Hall
This is a time when we gather to officially open up our time together in Confirmation. We will go over the expectations of the ministry, what being confirmed is all about for the youth and for the family. This Orientation is for youth in 7th and 8th grade and their parents. If you went last year and think, I don’t need to go again….. well think again! We have new and exciting twists to the ministry that everyone will want to know. If you are in MS choir, then please go to choir and parents should attend Orientation.
CrossPower
CrossPower is the core of our Confirmation program at St. Andrew’s and where students experience the Gospel first hand. CrossPower focuses on key Biblical truths and connects these truths with students’ lives. Students will dive deep into their Bibles and grow in faith as they share with one another in small groups. CrossPower is the opportunity to dig deeper into one’s faith, build lasting Christian relationships and discover God’s gift of grace and mercy.
