Life is a cabaret! The year: 1929. The place: Berlin. Behind the doors of the notorious Kit Kat Klub, painted ladies (and painted gentlemen) sing and dance as though life were an endless party. But outside those doors, Nazis are marching in the streets, and the stage is being set for the horrors of the Third Reich. Welcome to Berlin.
Our event will begin at 6 p.m. in the Fireside Lounge of the Great Hall with pre-event appetizers and beverages. At 7 p.m. we will board a motor coach and travel in comfort with door-to-door service to the Ordway. Your coach awaits you for the return trip back to St. Andrew's following the performance.

A funny, touching, whimsical salute back in time to a more innocent era, this Broadway smash hit is the story of four young men who were killed in an automobile accident and then through a chain of bizarre and hilarious events, get one last opportunity to entertain - proving that their spirits still live on. Performing precision harmonies and executing their delightfully outlandish choreography with over-zealous precision, "The Plaids" perform some of the 1950s' greatest hits. We're looking forward to seeing many new faces join us this year. It's always good to get together for the fun and fellowship we enjoy with our Grand Friends. Please consider joining us at our events. |
