Guardian Angels
St. Andrew’s is seeking volunteers to serve in a ministry of hospitality at the Hope for the Journey Home family shelter at Guardian Angels Church, 8260 4th St. N. in Oakdale during the week of Feb. 10.
We are looking for volunteers to be present at the following shifts: 2:30-5:30 p.m., 5-8:30 p.m., or the overnight shift from 8 p.m. – 9 a.m.

A volunteer training will be offered on Jan. 21, at 7 p.m., at Guardian Angels. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not required. You will need a current background check completed through St. Andrew’s during the past two years.

Won’t you consider spending a couple hours at the shelter to play games with kids, help with dinner, or be there overnight so a family without a home has a safe space to spend the night?
