Summer Sunday Guest Musicians in the Sanctuary

June 28  - St. Andrew’s Summer Choir

July 12 - The Summer Singers
The Summer Singers is comprised of choral    singers from Twin City major choral groups    who want to keep singing after their regular    organizations quit for the summer. They come    from several choirs, such as Minnesota     Chorale and National Lutheran Choir, and many   are alums of our Lutheran colleges.

July 19 - The Brothers Frantzich
They have appeared on “Prairie Home   Companion,” many churches, including St. Andrew’s Advent Boutique and Empty  Bowls. Both play guitar sing with faith and  pure joy and are sure to inspire.

July 26 - Charles Gray, Violin and  St. Andrew’s Summer Choir
Charles Gray, our own St. Andrew’s Orchestra conductor, and St. Olaf College faculty member,  will solo and play with our choir.

August 16 - Dorothy Benham
Dorothy Benham, Miss America of 1977, re    turns as a favorite of ours and many. She has enjoyed a singing career as a singer in many venues. She is a classically trained, lyric-coloratura soprano with over 25 years of    stage performing experience from Opera to Broadway, and television to radio. She is a frequent musical guest on “The Hour of Power”
internationally televised broadcasts from the Crystal Cathedral.

Aug. 30 - Hymn Sing
Bring your voice, your friends and family and join us at any of the services in the Sanctuary. We’ll sing some all-time favorites, and have a great time praising God in song – lots of songs. Do you have a favorite to submit? Write the title down and drop it at the Hospitality Desk or at the organ.
