Wellness Wednesdays:  Congregational Connection Small Groups

We were created to be in relationship with God and each other.  We need connection. Professor of Social Work, Author and Researcher Brene Brown tells us, “Connection is why we’re here. We are hardwired to connect with others. It’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it there is suffering.” During these times of increased isolation, St. Andrew’s invites you to experience Wellness Wednesdays – small online connection groups of people who will experience a devotion together, listen and support one another, and create the space for healing that can only take place in community.   This is a way for people to get together (remotely, via Zoom) to share, listen and support each other, with a devotion and prayer as a guide. This is not a Bible study group, recovery or psychological support group, but a way to connect with a small group of others at St. Andrew’s.

We will facilitate one-hour small group meetings at different times throughout the day on Wednesdays, October 14-Dec. 9.  Please see individual group times below.
