Once again St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church is pleased to offer private lessons this summer.  This offering is designed as possible on-going instruction into the fall school year and beyond if a student so desires. Contact the instructor for further information regarding scheduling and fees.

Les Lueck, a member of the St. Andrew’s Choir will be teaching all of the brass instruments and several instruments in the woodwind family.  Les is a retired Roseville Area High School band director and also a past Minnesota Music Educator of the Year recipient.  He did his undergraduate work at St. Olaf College and received his Master’s Degree from New York University, NYC.  The program is open to beginning through high school band students.  Lessons will begin the third week in June. Jan Scholl is offering lessons for clarinet and saxophone. She has played clarinet professionally for over 20 years in Washington, DC and is principal clarinet in the St. Andrew’s orchestra. In recent years, she has taught instrumental music in public schools and universities in the Twin Cities. She has a bachelor of music degree from Concordia College and a master of music degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
