A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT
Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. The pastors and care ministry team exists to reach out and share Christ’s love with people going through a difficult time. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can best support you. In addition to a caring ministry team, we can offers referrals to licensed counselors, resource centers and prayer.
Hospital Visits– congregation members and friends known to be hospitalized are encouraged to contact our pastoral care team so we may offer spiritual support and prayer.
Home Visits If you or someone you know would like to be connected to our prayer visitation ministry following a hospitalization, during transitional care or on a temporary basis, please let us know.
