ABOUT US
When the congregation of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church learned that there were families experiencing housing insecurity in our neighborhood, we put our faith into action and responded.
The Community Resource Center opened in March 2011. We strive to provide help, hope and healing to our neighbors in need. When someone is faced with a difficult situation or is in crisis, we feel that the church is called to be a place to find not only hope and strength, but also a place for assistance with basic need, including emergency family shelter, rental assistance, food, clothing, basic household items, and more, so that we all have the opportunity to live the life that God has intended for us.
