Falls Prevention Workshop: Stepping On
Are you 60 or older, have had a fall in the past year or are fearful of falling? Stepping On is a program that has been researched and proven to reduce falls in older people by 31%. The workshop will meet for two hours weekly for seven sessions to equip you with the skills and knowledge you will need to prevent falls.
